Cats allowed - $350.00 one time non-refundable animal fee per animal - Limit of 2 cats
Dogs allowed - $350.00 one time non-refundable animal fee, plus $35.00 per month dog rent
Weight restrictions - ground floor units dogs up to 60 pounds, upper floor units up to 40 pounds.
Limit of 1 dog per apartment - inquire within for additional details and breed restrictions.
NO exotic or rodent family pets are allowed.
