FAQs and Policies
Is there a fee to process my apartment application?
Yes, the fee to process the application and to run the credit check is $50/person. The fee is a non-refundable fee.
Do you require a security deposit?
We do. Please inquire with the property manager of the apartment you are interested in to find out the security deposit policy.
Why is the pricing different among some of the apartments?
The pricing is based on two factors:
1) Current market value
2) Extent of the renovation that was performed (i.e. new cabinets, ceramic floor, carpet, etc.)
What is the pet policy?
Most of our buildings either allow both dogs and cats or just cats. The specific policy and the associated pet deposit differ for each building. Please contact the building manager of the property you are interested in to find out the current policy for that apartment community.
