Prices subject to change depending on newly updated apartment features. Gas, heat, water, trash removal and recycling included.
Rent: $1000-$1995
Application Fee: $50 non-refundable per applicant
Move In Fee: $350.00 non-refundable
Pet Policy: Cats and dogs welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $300 per cat and $350 per dog. Additional $25 per month Dog Rent (breed and weight restrictions apply-not over 50lbs). Resident required to sign and abide by “Pet Agreement Policy”.
