- Is there a fee to process my apartment application?
- Yes, the fee to process the application and run the credit check is $50/person or $80/couple.
- What is the pet policy?
- Most of our builings allow either both dogs and cats or just cats. The specific policy and the associated pet deposit differs for each building. Please contact the building manager of the property you are interested in to find out the current policy for that apartment community.
- Do you require a security deposit?
- We do. Please inquire with the property manager of the apartment you are interested in to find out the security deposit policy.
- Why is the pricing different among some of the apartments?
- The pricing is based on two factors: 1)Current market value 2)Extent of the renovation that was performed (i.e.new cabinets, ceramic floor, carpet, etc.)
